Mass production technology class.

Design a product that can be mass produced out of sheet acrylic plastic.
I decided to make something different then the rest of the class and approached a problem my dad had expressed about tangled headphones.

It seems as though whenever a user places ear bud headphones into their pocket they get tangled. So i decided to create a small device to stop this from happening.

 Some goals for the design were that it must be;
small enough to fit comfortably into ones pocket
stop the headphones from tangling and
posses a unique quality over existing solutions, whether aesthetic or a specific feature

Overall I was quite happy with the results. The headphonewrap has a unique look and the aesthetic curve helps the device slide into ones pocket while still being low enough profile.
